跨境配送與無法投遞銷毀政策 (Cross-Border Delivery & Non-Delivery Disposal Policy)
1. 買家資料填寫義務 (Buyer's Responsibility for Accuracy)
• 中文：買家於結帳時，有義務提供完整、真實且正確之新加坡收件人姓名、配送地址（包含正確的 6 位數新加坡郵遞區號）與聯絡電話。
• English:Buyers are strictly required to provide a complete, true, and accurate
recipient name, delivery address (including the correct 6-digit Singapore postal code), and 結帳時請提供聯絡電話。
2. 不適用七天鑑賞期說明 (Exclusion of 7-Day Appreciation Period)
• 中文：本站商品（益生菌）屬於跨境食品。鑑於保健食品具備嚴格之保存、溫濕度控管與食品衛生安全要求，一經出貨即不適用網購 7 天無條件退換貨之規定。除商品本身於開箱時有重大瑕疵、破損或寄錯商品外，恕不接受任何個人主觀因素之退換貨。
• English:The products (Probiotics) sold on this website are cross-border food items.
Due to strict hygiene, food safety, and temperature control requirements, all items are
non-returnable once shipped. The 7-day unconditional return policy is not applicable.
Returns are only accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items upon
unboxing.
3. 未取件與錯誤地址之就地銷毀 (Unclaimed & Incorrect Address Disposal)
• 中文：本公司包裹皆透過台灣郵政（航空郵件）寄送，並由新加坡郵政（SingPost）進行在地投遞。凡因買家填寫資料不實、地址不全、拒絕收貨，或經物流嘗試投遞後「逾期未前往郵局認領（Unclaimed）」等個人因素，導致包裹無法送達者，視同買家主動放棄該商品之所有權與受領權。
• English:All parcels are shipped via Taiwan Post (Air Mail) and delivered locally by Singapore Post (SingPost). Any parcel that fails to be delivered due to personal reasons—such as false or incomplete information, refusal of delivery, or being "Unclaimed" after delivery attempts—will be deemed completely abandoned by the buyer, including all rights of ownership and receipt.
4. 沒收貨款不予退款政策 (Strict Forfeiture & No-Refund Policy)
• 中文：承前述第 3 條，基於國際食安與人身安全規範，所有因個人因素未取貨、填寫資料有誤導致商品於當地銷毀者，本訂單將全額沒收、不予退款。本公司將直接指示物流於新加坡當地將商品進行銷毀，絕不退運回台灣；該筆交易已實質產生之國際運費、包材、商品成本及在地銷毀衍生費用，將全數由該筆沒收之貨款抵扣。
• English:In accordance with Section 3, if the parcel is destroyed locally due to
personal reasons or failure to collect, the entire order amount will be forfeited, and NO
REFUND will be issued under any circumstances. Due to international food safety
regulations, the goods will be destroyed in Singapore and will NOT be returned to Taiwan.
The forfeited payment will be used to cover the international shipping, packaging, product
cost, and local disposal fees already incurred.
