Overseas Delivery & Refund Special Policy
1. 買家資料填寫義務與地址變更 (Buyer's Responsibility for Accuracy & Address Changes)
中文：買家於結帳時，有義務提供完整、真實且正確之新加坡收件人姓名、配送地址（包含正確的 6 位數新加坡郵遞區號）與聯絡電話。因當地配送及取件時可能須出示護照或身分證件進行身分核對，填寫之收件人姓名務必與官方證件完全一致。若發現資料填寫有誤，買家須於下單後 24 小時內（且包裹出貨前）聯繫客服變更。包裹一經出貨寄出，即無法變更收件人姓名、配送地址等任何訂單資訊。
English: Buyers are strictly required to provide a complete, true, and accurate recipient name, delivery address (including the correct 6-digit Singapore postal code), and contact phone number at checkout. As identity verification (such as presenting a passport or official ID) may be required upon delivery or collection, the provided recipient name must strictly match the official identity document. If any information is incorrect, buyers must contact Customer Support within 24 hours of placing the order (and prior to dispatch). No changes to recipient details, delivery address, or order information can be made once the package has been shipped.
2. 出貨通知與物流追蹤 (Shipping Notifications & Parcel Tracking)
中文：商品出貨後，系統將自動發送「出貨通知及物流追蹤單號」至買家下單時填寫之 Email 信箱；當包裹抵達目的地國家或安排投遞時，合作物流亦會透過 Email 或簡訊發送通知。買家有義務主動留意信箱與簡訊，並透過物流單號隨時至官方物流網站查詢最新派送進度。
English: Once dispatched, a shipping confirmation with a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Our courier partners will also issue notifications via email or SMS upon arrival in the destination country. Buyers are responsible for actively monitoring their email and SMS notifications and checking shipping updates on the courier’s official website using the provided tracking number.
3. 不適用七天鑑賞期說明 (Exclusion of 7-Day Right of Rescission)
中文： 本站商品（益生菌）屬於健康補充劑。鑑於健康補充劑具備嚴格之保存、溫濕度控管與食品衛生安全要求，一經出貨即不適用網購 7 天無條件退換貨之規定。海外訂單不提供一般換貨服務；若因重大瑕疵、破損或寄錯商品，得依本政策申請補寄或退款。除商品本身於開箱時有重大瑕疵、破損或寄錯商品外，恕不接受任何個人主觀因素之退貨或退款申請。
【瑕疵通報與處理流程】若您收到之商品有重大瑕疵、破損或寄錯情形，請於簽收包裹後 3 日內拍照/錄影存證（需包含外箱與商品本體完整開箱畫面），並聯繫官方客服辦理後續補寄或退款事宜。詳細客服聯絡管道與處理時效，請洽〔海外專區購物及配送說明〕。
English: The products (Probiotics) sold on this website are cross-border health supplements. Due to strict hygiene, food safety, and temperature control requirements, all items are non-returnable once shipped. The 7-day unconditional return policy is not applicable. Exchanges are not available for overseas orders in general. However, if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped, you may request a replacement or refund under this Policy. Returns or refunds are only accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items upon unboxing.

4. 未取件與錯誤地址之就地銷毀 (Unclaimed & Incorrect Address Disposal)
中文：本公司包裹皆透過台灣郵政（航空郵件）寄送，並由新加坡郵政（SingPost）進行在地投遞。凡因買家個人因素（包含但不限於未取貨、填寫資料有誤、拒絕受領等），或經新加坡郵政依其作業規定保留期滿後（新加坡郵政對國際掛號件之保留期為一年）仍未認領，導致包裹無法送達者，視同買家主動放棄該商品之所有權與受領權。
English: All parcels are shipped via Taiwan Post (Air Mail) and delivered locally by Singapore Post (SingPost). Any parcel that fails to be delivered due to personal reasons (including but not limited to failure to collect, incorrect shipping information, or refusal of delivery), or remaining unclaimed after Singapore Post’s retention period (the retention period for international registered mail by SingPost is 1 year), will be deemed completely abandoned by the buyer, including all rights of ownership and receipt.
5. 跨境費用抵扣與退款機制 (Cross-Border Cost Deduction & Refund Terms)
中文：承前述第 4 條，凡因買家個人因素（包含但不限於未取貨、填寫資料有誤、拒絕受領等）導致商品於當地銷毀者，本訂單商品將直接於新加坡當地進行銷毀，絕不退運回台灣。該筆交易已實質產生之國際運費、包材、商品成本及在地銷毀等相關費用，將全額由買家已支付之貨款中抵扣；經抵扣上述實際成本與損失後，若有剩餘金額，本公司將退還予買家，若不足抵扣則不予退款。
English: In accordance with Section 4, if a parcel is destroyed in Singapore due to personal reasons (including but not limited to failure to collect, incorrect shipping information, or refusal of delivery), the goods will be destroyed locally and will NOT be returned to Taiwan. All expenses actually incurred from the transaction—including international shipping, packaging, product costs, and local disposal fees—shall be deducted from the payment made by the buyer. Any remaining balance after deducting these actual costs and losses will be refunded to the buyer; if the total expenses exceed or equal the payment, no refund shall be issued.
6. 法律適用與爭議處理 (Governing Law & Dispute Resolution)
中文：本條款之解釋、適用與因本跨境交易所生之一切爭議，均應以中華民國（台灣）法律為準據法。雙方同意若因本條款或購物行為產生涉訟或消費爭議，在法律允許的最大範圍內，以臺灣臺北地方法院為第一審管轄法院。
English: These Terms and any disputes arising from or in connection with cross-border transactions hereunder shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, both parties agree that the Taiwan Taipei District Court shall be the court of first instance for the resolution of any litigation or consumer disputes.
